i would like .....

to go somewhere pretty, after chatting 2 my best friend from back home, ive decided id like to visit somewhere beautiful, he was telling me about his adventures in the land down under, and barcalona. i wanna go to the great barrior reef, i wanna visit the gothic quater (where Amy Lee filmed my imortal) i wanna visit the beautiful Gaudi buildings, i also would like to go to the gothic Prague , and take in the history , shame im a skint student....... bad times

is struggling to be creative at the min, its so frustrating, blluugghhh current project is at a complete stand still. however I've been really inspired by films at the min and thinking of incorporating this in to some of my up and coming work. films i have seen recently are, shutter island,Alice and wonderland,kick-ass,nick and Norah make a play list. I am a big fan off Margaret Atwood so was delighted that i was given a text by her to illustrated, its called 'The Female Body' this is what i come up with .......

enviroment..

at uni i had a project to do on editorial illustration, this image would acompany a artical that was given to us. the artical was about how the tote bags advertised as being enviromentaly friendly are actually damaging to the enviroment. I used the polar bear as a symbol for enviromental damage.

after pretty much a year......

ive decided to update this blog i started, after looking on lots of difrent people blogs i think i kinda no what too do on hear now, phheewwww. rite i think i might start off with some work that i have produced over the last year just to let you guys know what im all about. the work above was for a project i had to do on the word 'Rocket' , i chose to do a piece off work besed upon free range chickens, in this paticual work i was very inspired by the illustrator ralph steadman, however im not 100% happy with it as i think it lacks something...... any ideas? the image above that is also on the theme of rockets but i chose to juxtapose the idea of peace and war and came out with a peace bomb again i wasnt 100% happy with this one either.... hummmm .
